Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 18 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [company registration number / EIK], registered at [registered business address], Bulgaria ("FigForge", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the FigForge website, mobile-friendly web app, and related services (the "Service"), including AI-assisted 3D model generation, the print-on-demand ordering of physical goods, subscriptions, coins, the Discover community gallery, and the blog.
By creating an account, purchasing anything, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use.
You must provide accurate information (name, email, and — where relevant — shipping address). We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, is used fraudulently, or breaches these Terms.
2. The Service
FigForge lets you generate 3D models from text prompts or photos using third-party AI systems, browse and print pre-configured Product categories (e.g. low-poly statues, helmets, masks), upload your own 3D files, and order the results printed and shipped to you. Some features are gated by subscription plan (Free / Pro / Business) or by spending in-app coins.
We may add, change, or discontinue features, generation providers, pricing, or the coin cost of any action at any time. We'll do our best to give notice of material changes, but ongoing availability of any specific feature is not guaranteed.
2.1 AI-generated content — no warranty
3D models and images are generated using third-party AI systems (currently including Tripo3D and Black Forest Labs' FLUX). AI output is probabilistic: it may be inaccurate, low quality, unexpected, unsuitable for printing, or — despite our prompt filtering and moderation — occasionally inappropriate. We make no warranty that generated output will be accurate, printable, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party intellectual property conflicts. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before ordering a physical print or publishing it.
2.2 Coins (virtual currency)
Coins are a limited, non-transferable license to use paid features of the Service — not currency, property, or a stored-value financial instrument. Coins:
- have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money;
- cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, gifted, or exchanged outside the Service;
- do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing;
- are forfeited, without compensation, if your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, or deleted at your request (see §11);
- purchases of coin packs are final and non-refundable once the coins have been credited, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
We may award bonus or promotional coins at our discretion; these carry no cash value and may be revoked if awarded in error or through abuse of a promotion.
2.3 Subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain plan benefits until then. Except where required by law, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
3. Ordering physical products
Print orders (models you generate or upload, sized and priced by material, weight, and print time) and Shop items (ready-made products) are separate order types, both fulfilled by FigForge or its manufacturing partners.
- Pricing is calculated at checkout based on material, estimated weight/print time, colour, and any add-ons (e.g. priming), and is shown to you before you pay.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We aim to print and ship orders promptly, but stated timelines are estimates, not guarantees — 3D printing, AI generation, and shipping carriers can all introduce delays outside our control.
- Risk of loss and title to physical goods passes to you on delivery to the shipping carrier.
3.1 Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. This right does not apply to goods made or personalised to your specifications — which includes every AI-generated or custom-designed 3D print order, since each is produced specifically for you after you place the order (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). For standard, non-personalised Shop items, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original condition; contact us at the address below to arrange a return.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods (see §3.3).
3.2 Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Because print jobs begin production shortly after payment, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time with photos of the issue; we will offer a reprint, repair, or refund at our discretion. Initiating a card chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
3.3 Statutory conformity / warranty
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law (including the EU's 2-year conformity guarantee for goods that are defective or not as described). These Terms supplement, and do not replace, those rights.
4. Important safety information — 3D-printed physical products
Please read this section carefully before using any FigForge-printed item.
- Not a toy. Printed items, especially those with small or detachable parts, are not toys and are not tested to toy-safety standards. Keep away from children under 3 and supervise use by older children. Small parts present a choking hazard.
- Not food-safe. PLA and other print materials we offer are not certified food-safe as printed. 3D-printed surfaces are porous and can harbour bacteria even after washing. Do not use any FigForge-printed item for food or drink contact, or for anything placed in the mouth.
- Not medical or safety equipment. Printed items — including wearable items such as helmets and masks — are decorative/costume pieces only. They are not rated, tested, or certified as protective equipment (e.g. under EN 1078, EN 397, or any impact/head-protection standard) and must never be used as a substitute for certified safety gear in any activity where real protection is required (cycling, motorsports, construction, sports, or similar).
- Not structural or load-bearing. Printed parts are not warranted for any structural, mechanical, electrical, or load-bearing application. Failure under load can cause injury or property damage.
- Handling. Printed items can have sharp edges, support-removal marks, or small protruding features. Inspect and, if necessary, sand or finish an item before giving it to a child or wearing it.
- Allergies/skin contact. We cannot guarantee any material is hypoallergenic. Discontinue use if you experience irritation.
You use and adapt any FigForge-printed item entirely at your own risk. §7 (Limitation of Liability) applies in full to any injury or damage arising from a failure to observe this section.
5. Your content and our licence to it
You retain ownership of the prompts, photos, and 3D designs you create or upload (your "Content"), subject to the rights of any underlying AI provider or third party.
By using the Service, you grant FigForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and process your Content as necessary to operate the Service (generation, printing, order fulfilment, customer support).
If you choose to publish a design to the Discover community gallery, you additionally grant FigForge a non-exclusive licence to display, and to allow other users to view, like, and rate, that design on the platform, until you unpublish it or delete your account. You can unpublish a design at any time from your dashboard.
5.1 Your responsibilities regarding Content
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the photos you upload, and for ensuring you have the right to use them (e.g. you own the photo, or have permission to use it). You must not use the Service to generate, upload, print, or publish content that:
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, right of publicity/likeness, or other intellectual property or personal rights (including generating recognisable copyrighted characters, logos, or a real person's likeness without their consent);
- is illegal, or depicts or promotes illegal activity;
- depicts, sexualises, or endangers minors in any way — this is an absolute prohibition, zero-tolerance, and will be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law;
- is a firearm, firearm component, weapon, or any item whose manufacture or possession is restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction;
- is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory;
- contains malware or attempts to interfere with the Service's operation or other users' accounts;
- impersonates any person or entity.
We may, without notice, remove any Content, refuse to fulfil any order, and suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe violates this section — including content generated or uploaded before this policy's effective date.
5.2 Intellectual property complaints
If you believe Content on FigForge infringes your intellectual property rights, email [legal / abuse contact email] with: (a) identification of the right you claim is infringed, (b) the URL or design identifying the allegedly infringing Content, (c) your contact details, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised. We will review and, where warranted, remove the Content and may take action against the responsible account, including termination for repeat infringement.
6. Prohibited use of the Service
In addition to §5.1, you must not: attempt to circumvent coin costs, plan limits, or rate limits; scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service; reverse-engineer the Service beyond what applicable law permits; use the Service to build a competing product; interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; or use automated means (bots) to create accounts or place orders without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FigForge's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to FigForge in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) €100. FigForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability arising under mandatory product-liability law for defective products.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FigForge harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your Content, or your misuse of the Service — except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including (without limitation) Stripe for payments, Supabase for infrastructure, Resend for transactional/marketing email, Tripo3D and Black Forest Labs for AI generation, and Cloudflare for bot protection. Your use of features backed by these providers is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or downtime.
10. Marketing communications
We only send marketing/promotional email to accounts that have given explicit consent (via the signup checkbox or your account's email preferences). You can withdraw consent anytime via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or in Settings, without affecting transactional emails necessary for the Service (e.g. order confirmations, receipts, password resets).
11. Account termination and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account anonymizes your personal information (name, email, avatar, shipping details) and permanently disables login; it does not delete order, receipt, or invoice records, which we retain in de-identified form as required by applicable accounting and tax law (see our Privacy Policy for details).
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including §5.1, §7, §8, §12) will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you reside. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify active users (e.g. by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
